VIP Building Services offers a wide range of building maintenance and cleaning services.

High Dusting and Cleaning – VIP employees have full access to the hard-to-reach windows, ledges, duct-work and lighting.  VIP does not take safety risks with our employees, and utilize OSHA and ANSI regulations for standards of safety. This includes the use of fall protection equipment, safe work place inspection, proper barricading and protection of floors.

Bird Abatement – Pigeons and other birds are irritating, dirty pests, plus they carry a surprising number of transmittable diseases.  Our bird control measures will not harm birds, but will repel them, keeping your building cleaner and your tenants safer. Waterproofing and Caulking - In the hot and arid Southwest climate, life expectancy of most sealants and gaskets is about 10 years, which is far less than the average.  As sealants begin to fail, water penetration can cause costly damage to drywall, ceiling tiles and tenant properties, as well as serious mold issues.  If you need to repair failing joints, solve water penetration problems, or give your building a facelift, call the VIP professionals, we can help.  Our technicians are trained in joint repair, elastomeric sealants, waterproofing brick, pointing, and masonry repair. We can help properly diagnose your problem and formulate a plan for correction.

Waterproofing is a preventative maintenance method that diverts or stops water seepage, and is a key element in protecting your property investments. Every 1 dollar invested in waterproofing saves approximately 7 dollars in rebuilding or retrofitting. Waterproofing and proper caulking sealants are a structure’s first line of defense against the elements, including mold.

Metal Restoration – VIP will take your dull, sun-damaged surfaces and refinish to a like new shine.  Don’t replace your wrought iron, granite or fiberglass, get it restored.  If oxidation, corrosion, rust, mold and sun have damaged your property signage, seating, mullions, doors, awnings or railings, consider a facelift for your property, instead of replacement.

High Rise Rigging and Safety Consultation – Every multi-story building requires high-rise maintenance: caulking, copper refinishing, high cleaning, specialty projects.  Some contractors are not well-versed in high rise rigging, which can lead to safety and liability issues.  VIP works with specialty contractors to perform high-access projects, and provides protection for the contractor and building owner with a safe access plan and expertise with platform stages and boom lifts.
